Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded.
Customers may not redistribute, share, resell or otherwise distribute the digital files unless they hold a valid Noraverse commercial license.
Commercial Use
The purchase of STL files or physical products does not automatically grant the right to sell printed versions of the models.
Commercial use of Noraverse models is allowed only for users who hold an official Noraverse Commercial License.

Orders and Payments
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
In the event that an order is cancelled, we will notify you using the contact information provided at the time of purchase.
All payments must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.
