Returns
We accept returns for physical products within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
• be unused
• be in its original condition
• be returned in its original packaging
If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear depending on your payment provider.
Digital Products (STL Files)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of STL files are final and non-refundable once the files have been downloaded.
If you experience technical issues with the files, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the problem.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
