All physical Noraverse terrain pieces are produced on demand.

Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Production time may vary depending on order volume.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped using the selected shipping method at checkout.

Shipping times depend on the destination and the shipping carrier.

Estimated delivery times:

• Italy: 2–5 business days
• European Union: 3–7 business days
• International orders: 7–15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the postal service and customs processing.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

• destination
• package weight
• selected shipping method

The final shipping price will be displayed before completing your order.

For international shipments, customs duties, taxes or import fees may apply depending on your country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Digital products such as STL files are delivered electronically.

After purchase, the files will be available for download directly from the order confirmation page and via email.

No physical shipment is required for digital products.

Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are managed by the shipping carrier.

If your order appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.

We are not responsible for packages that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
